To pass in a shooting qualification. As a DC resident, you are ready to buy your very first firearm. The process is quite simple. Pick out the handgun that you like. Make sure it has a 10 round magazine. You are allowed to transfer paperwork so it can get sent to dc because DC don't have any gun stores. Every gun that you buy will be sent to DC for pickup. Next, you're going to pay the firearm price and the transfer fee. Lastly, you're going to keep your receipt and wait until DC calls you to come do your fingerprints and your background.
